The Ayurveda cure culture is defined by the
three Doshas as the basis of life. They are "Vata", "Pitta" and

Vasthi – The bowl therapy |
Treatment:
Vasthi treatments are made from the extracts of different plants and
oils, which will be applied to the benefit of bowl rinsing. According
to the diagnosis, different therapy forms like Matravasthi, Snehavasthi
or Kashayavasthi treatments are decided.
Effect: Vasthi is recommended for arthritis,

| Sirovasthi
– The head therapy |
