These terms apply to the Dussehra Ritual Fest offers on keralaayurveda.com (the "Website"), run by Kerala Ayurveda Limited, ("Kerala Ayurveda", "we", "us"). By placing an order or entering the contest during the offer period, you agree to these terms, together with the Website's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Return Policy. If these terms conflict with those policies, these terms apply to the Dussehra Ritual Fest offers.
The Dussehra Ritual Fest has five parts: festive prices on selected products; a free Myaxyl Oil 60 ml on orders of ₹599 or more; ₹100 cashback on orders of ₹999 or more; additional product gifts, if and when we announce them; and the Ayurvedagram Contest for orders of ₹599 or more.
1. Offer period and scope

Offer period. The festive prices, the free Myaxyl Oil 60 ml and the ₹100 cashback apply to orders placed on the Website from Thursday 8 October 2026, 00:00, to Tuesday 20 October 2026, 23:59 (the "Offer Period"). The Ayurvedagram Contest runs until 8 November 2026, as set out in section 7.

Where it applies. The offers apply only to orders placed on keralaayurveda.com for delivery in India. They do not apply to purchases on marketplaces, in Kerala Ayurveda clinics or stores, or through any other channel.

Time. All times are Indian Standard Time (IST). An order's date and time are the date and time at which the order is confirmed on the Website.

Cart value. "Cart value" means the total price of the products in your order after festive prices, before shipping charges and before any cashback credit, and excluding free products, which count as ₹0.

Discount codes. Discount and coupon codes cannot be used on orders placed during the Offer Period.

While stocks last. Festive prices and free products are available while stocks last. If a free product runs out, we may replace it with a product of equal or greater value, or withdraw that part of the offer without notice.

Personal use. The offers are for personal use. We may limit quantities per order and may cancel orders that we reasonably believe are placed for resale or to misuse the offers.
2. Festive prices
- Festive prices are shown on the product page and in the cart, and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, are extra.
- No price adjustment or refund of the difference is offered on orders placed before or after the Offer Period.
3. Free Myaxyl Oil 60 ml on orders of ₹599 or more
- Every order placed during the Offer Period with a cart value of ₹599 or more gets one Myaxyl Oil 60 ml free of charge.
- The free product is added to the cart automatically at ₹0 when the cart value reaches ₹599, and is removed if the cart value falls below ₹599.
- One free Myaxyl Oil 60 ml per order, whatever the cart value. If you also buy Myaxyl Oil 60 ml as a paid item, you still get the free unit.
- The free product cannot be exchanged for cash, another product or a discount, and cannot be returned on its own for a refund.
- The free Myaxyl Oil 60 ml comes with an entry to the Ayurvedagram Contest (section 7) and, on orders of ₹999 or more, the ₹100 cashback (section 4).
4. ₹100 cashback on orders of ₹999 or more

Who earns it. Any order on the Website with a cart value of ₹999 or more, placed during the Offer Period. Orders of ₹999 or more also get the free Myaxyl Oil 60 ml and a contest entry.

What you get. ₹100 cashback as credit in your keralaayurveda.com account, linked to the phone number or email used for the order. No code is issued. The cashback is not deducted from the qualifying order and is not paid in cash or to a bank account, UPI or card.

When it is credited. After the qualifying order is delivered. This applies to prepaid and cash-on-delivery orders alike.

When you can use it. From Sunday 1 November 2026 to Monday 30 November 2026, 23:59. The credit cannot be used before 1 November, even if it already shows in your account. Unused credit lapses after 30 November 2026 and is not carried forward.

How many. One ₹100 credit per qualifying order. A customer with two qualifying orders gets two credits.

How to use it. On a later order on the Website It can be used on sale prices but cannot be combined with a discount code.

When it is lost. If the qualifying order is cancelled, refused on delivery, returned to origin (RTO) or returned in full, or if a partial return takes the order below ₹999. A credit already added is reversed.

Other limits. The credit is not transferable to another account and is valid only on keralaayurveda.com, not on marketplaces, in clinics or in stores.
5. Additional product gifts (when announced)
- Selected products may carry an additional free gift
- Gifts apply only from the date and to the products shown on the Website at the time of the order, while stocks last. Orders placed before the announcement do not qualify.
- Gifts are added to the order at ₹0 and are in addition to the free Myaxyl Oil 60 ml, the cashback and the contest entry.
- Gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or another product and cannot be returned on their own for a refund.
6. Cancellations, returns and refunds
- Returns follow the Website's Return Policy. Free products and gifts must be returned together with the order if the whole order is returned.
- If a partial return takes the cart value below ₹599, the free Myaxyl Oil 60 ml must be returned, or its value of ₹150 (MRP) will be deducted from the refund. The same applies to any product gift linked to a returned product.
- Cancelled, refused, returned-to-origin (RTO) and fully returned orders lose the free products, the cashback and the contest entry.
- Refunds are made for the amount paid for the products returned. Free products, gifts and cashback have no cash value.
7. Ayurvedagram Contest

Rounds. The contest has three rounds. Round 1: 10–19 October 2026. Round 2: 20–29 October 2026. Round 3: 30 October–8 November 2026. Each round closes at 23:59 on its last day.

Who can enter. Indian residents aged 18 or over with a qualifying order. Employees of Kerala Ayurveda and Ayurvedagram, their immediate families and agencies working on the contest cannot enter.

Qualifying order. An order on the Website with a cart value of ₹599 or more, placed during the round. Cancelled, refused, returned or undelivered orders do not qualify. Orders placed on 8 and 9 October 2026 do not qualify for the contest.

How to enter. Visit the URL received on the order completion page or whatsapp message, enter your name, the mobile number used on your qualifying order, answer four multiple-choice questions on Ayurveda and one written question, and submit. The order and the entry must both be made within the same round.
- The answer must be your own original work. Copied, offensive or machine-generated answers may be disqualified.

Entry check. After each round closes, we check each mobile number against qualifying orders placed in that round. Entries without a matching qualifying order are void.

One entry per round. One entry per mobile number per round. Only the first submission counts.

Timing. The time taken is measured by our system from the moment the questions appear to the moment the entry is received. Our record is final. We are not responsible for delays caused by devices, browsers or networks.

How the winner is chosen. This is a contest of skill with no element of chance. In each round, entries with all four multiple-choice answers correct are ranked by time taken, shortest first, and the 20 fastest are shortlisted. If fewer than 20 entries have all four answers correct, the shortlist is completed with entries that have three correct answers, shortest time first. A jury appointed by Kerala Ayurveda scores the shortlisted written answers out of 10: personal reason, understanding of Ayurveda, and originality and expression. The highest score wins. A tie is decided by the higher personal-reason score, and then by the chair of the jury. The jury's decision is final.

Winners. One winner per round, three in total. Winners will be announced on the Website, on Kerala Ayurveda's Instagram and on WhatsApp on 30 October 2026 (Round 1), 9 November 2026 (Round 2) and 19 November 2026 (Round 3). A person can win only once across the three rounds.

Verification. Before the announcement, the winner must provide a valid government photo ID, proof of age and PAN within 3 days of being contacted, and the qualifying order must have been delivered. If the winner cannot be contacted or verified in that time, the prize goes to the next-ranked entry.

Prize. One 4-day Ayurveda programme at Ayurvedagram per winner, with a retail value of ₹60,000, including accommodation for one, meals, consultation and therapies as per the programme]. Travel to and from Ayurvedagram and personal expenses are not included. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

Booking and stay. The winner must book the programme by 30 November 2026 and complete the stay by 31 December 2026, subject to availability. A prize not booked or not used within these dates lapses. The winner must follow Ayurvedagram's programme rules and advice.

Taxes. Prizes are subject to tax deducted at source under applicable income-tax law. The winner must provide PAN to receive the prize.

Publicity. By entering, you allow Kerala Ayurveda to publish winners' first names, cities and written answers on the Website, social media and WhatsApp, without payment.

Disqualification. We may disqualify any entry that breaks these terms, uses false details, uses multiple mobile numbers or automated tools, or otherwise tries to misuse the contest.
8. General

Communication: By taking part, you agree to receive WhatsApp, SMS and email messages about your order, cashback and contest entry. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP.

Misuse: We may cancel orders, withhold or reverse free products, cashback or contest entries, and disqualify participants where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, multiple accounts or a breach of these terms.

A jury appointed by Kerala Ayurveda scores the shortlisted written answers out of 10: personal reason, understanding of Ayurveda, and originality and expression. The highest score wins. A tie is decided by the higher personal-reason score, and then by the chair of the jury. The jury's decision is final.

Winners. One winner per round, three in total. Winners will be announced on the Website, on Kerala Ayurveda's Instagram and on WhatsApp on 30 October 2026 (Round 1), 9 November 2026 (Round 2) and 19 November 2026 (Round 3). A person can win only once across the three rounds.

Verification. Before the announcement, the winner must provide a valid government photo ID, proof of age and PAN within 3 days of being contacted, and the qualifying order must have been delivered. If the winner cannot be contacted or verified in that time, the prize goes to the next-ranked entry.

Prize. One 4-day Ayurveda programme at Ayurvedagram per winner, with a retail value of ₹60,000, including accommodation for one, meals, consultation and therapies as per the programme]. Travel to and from Ayurvedagram and personal expenses are not included. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

Booking and stay. The winner must book the programme by 30 November 2026 and complete the stay by 31 December 2026, subject to availability. A prize not booked or not used within these dates lapses. The winner must follow Ayurvedagram's programme rules and advice.

Taxes. Prizes are subject to tax deducted at source under applicable income-tax law. The winner must provide PAN to receive the prize.

Publicity. By entering, you allow Kerala Ayurveda to publish winners' first names, cities and written answers on the Website, social media and WhatsApp, without payment.

Disqualification. We may disqualify any entry that breaks these terms, uses false details, uses multiple mobile numbers or automated tools, or otherwise tries to misuse the contest.
