How to Use?

<ul> <li>Usage: Shake the bottle well, mix 15 ml of the Kwath with 60 ml of lukewarm water, and take it twice daily before food or as directed by your physician. For best results, use consistently for 2-3 months. As with any Ayurveda remedy, seek advice from a doctor for long-term use. If you are prone to acidity, add 1/2 tsp ghee with kwath and avoid taking it at night.
